Stellar experience! I had an urgent situation with my Mini that required a significant repair. It was recommended by a local repair shop to bring it to the dealer. After calling one dealership and given the silent treatment, I reached out to Herb Chambers. Immediately I was treated with the utmost respect and made to feel like I was the only customer. Not only how I was treated but that my Mini was accommodated immediately. Overall it was a truly stellar experience. Mark Ravin is an outstanding example of customer service at its best. Wow. More

This dealership has wonderful employees, one of whom has been helping me since I bought my first Mini Cooper in 2003. Mark Ravin has always been there to explain everything that was done to the car and has been helping me since I bought my first Mini Cooper in 2003. Mark Ravin has always been there to explain everything that was done to the car and has prevented me from getting the car fixed at a gas station or other shop, thus saving me from wasting money on things that I don't need. The other employees are all very cordial. Plus, the dealership itself has great amenities, including snacks, coffee, and other drinks. They have plenty of places to sit down or to charge and use a laptop, tablet, or phone. More

Whenever I had need for service for my Mini Cooper Clubwoman, major or minor Mark Ravin, Service Manager, Coordinator, Superman, came to the rescue. He is always confident, reassuring and never, ever condescending. Mark knows me and he knows my car. I always feel that he puts me first. I’ll wait for my car or Mark arranges a loaner for me. The environment at the dealership for those waiting for their vehicle is pleasant. The company provides comfort, sustenance, and accessibility. Mark is available to me during maintenance whether I have a question or issue. He has an amazing temperament…never appears rushed, impatient, and no question is too small or considered a waste of his time. Mark is perfectly suited to handle my needs flawlessly and I am beyond grateful and satisfied. But when it gets down to the bill, that’s when Mark’s knowledge, experience, and compassion really kicks in. He knows the ins and outs of what is covered, what is not, and seems to pull every advantage in my direction like a rabbit from a hat. I owe so many huge thanks to Mark and his staff.
