Kevin McMillan provided an amazing experience! My experience with Kevin McMillan at Infiniti of Birmingham was amazing! I knew I wanted the QX80 and had been working with a broker and another deal My experience with Kevin McMillan at Infiniti of Birmingham was amazing! I knew I wanted the QX80 and had been working with a broker and another dealership out of state and locally. As I communicated to Kevin my other “options” he kept reiterating that if I was purchasing based on money the other options were fine but purchasing with him is a purchase based on value. He kept calling me to make a deal along with Mark Mitchell, General Sales Manager. Kevin was right!!! I realized their was no substitute for his beautiful fully loaded vehicle which had everything I wanted and his customer service. I also purchased the maintenance package without hesitation for peace of mind. I love love love my new certified preowned Infiniti QX80!!! Merry Christmas to me! Thank you! More

Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot? WORST DEALERSHIP EVER. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot? The absolute WORST experience purchasing a CERTIFIED vehicle ever. Unbelievable! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot? The absolute WORST experience purchasing a CERTIFIED vehicle ever. Unbelievable! Purchased, then, absolute xxxx. One of the key fobs did not work upon delivery. I was told to go to a battery place or a local dealership (40min away) to see if they could fix it. NO offer to compensate me for the key fob that didn't work. Then, there were issues with the transmission - being certified, those were taken care of, but still, the SUV does not drive the way I believe the Infiniti brand managers and umbrella company would ever want. Even more unbelievable, the wheel locks did not come with an "unlock" mechanism. Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot? If you have a flat tire, you can't remove the tire. Really??????? It's a certified vehicle - you pay a bit more for being CERTIFIED. Seriously Infiniti didn't check to see if there was an extra wheel lock remover? Then....it gets better.....the service and sales reps tried to blame the person who turned in the vehicle for the unlocking mechanism not being in the car. REALLY? Another Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot? I'm pretty sure that's the dealer's responsibility, especially if you are CERTIFYING a vehicle. Then, it gets better.....they tell me that I need to take it to my closest dealership (40min away) and I HAVE to PAY to have the locks removed off the tires. OMG....seriously, this is how this dealership "CERTIFIES" vehicles? Without a doubt....this is the worst dealership with which I've ever dealt. Even more disappointing is the supremely HORRIFIC customer service. There are so many dealerships who are honest, with excellent customer service, as well as independent owners and online options......choose one of those, NOT THIS DEALERSHIP. More
