He is everything I would want in a sales person. Mark was patient and knowledgable and not at all high pressure. We had lots of questions to determine what exactly we wanted in our new car. We test drove a couple of different models. Mark presented us with all the various options. We ended up with a new Honda CRV EXL. Mark spent all the time needed to go over features of the car and even helped us set up the apple CarPlay with my phone and helped set up my preferences for door auto lock. We also worked with Ron to set up our financing and extended warranty options. He was also patient and it was apparent he really enjoyed working with people.
