No communication. Customer service was very poor. Feel very misled by dealership. Don't feel they inspect used vehicles thoroughly before sale. Service dept closes ear Customer service was very poor. Didn't get a clear explanation of what repairs were performed. No gas in car when purchased. No gas in loaner. No gas when picked up from repair. More

the worst General Manager. been trying to get an issue resolved for 2 yrs now. Mark just laughed about the issue and said he is not responsible for the issue. not even willing been trying to get an issue resolved for 2 yrs now. Mark just laughed about the issue and said he is not responsible for the issue. not even willing to help get it resolved. also stated his employees do not full know the information on the warranty the provide which result in FALSE information. if i could give this review a negative rating, i would!!!
