The minute I pulled in, the sales personnel was attentive but not pushy or over bering. I was directed inside to meet with my sales personnel, since I had already conversed with ANNA(via messenger). I was determined to buy my husband a truck I could take home that day and pay in cash. She even went over a list with me I had to look at other places and never once had any negative comments about other dealerships. She was simply checking off all the boxes I required. She pulled up her inventory, since we were buying a couple years older model and started going through all them with me. We figured out what I wanted to test drive and talk about. We ended up here because they had serval Chevrolets they had advertised from trade ins and I wanted to look at. So don’t just assume they ONLY have what the dealership signs says. I test drove, I think 2 and the second one was the magic number(pun included) lol. Perfect color my husband wanted(the new Chevy tan), the perfect make for us(Chevrolet) and model(Colorado). The transaction , the what I want fixed(running boards) and extended warranty process was simply seamless and smooth. Bravo Anna. That night when we picked it up(so my husband could drive his(new to him truck) home , he was over the moon. I will be going back for a second car in 3 weeks. That xxxx cat looked enticing(lol). We had a very bad experience with a Chevy dealer in Owasso and I’m so glad we actually did , because then we wouldn’t know what amazing service is really like. More
