Mark is a crook I went in to buy a car for the first time in over 13 years. Mark made the experience absolute xxxx. I was in a desperate situation to buy a used car s I went in to buy a car for the first time in over 13 years. Mark made the experience absolute xxxx. I was in a desperate situation to buy a used car so I did not have the luxury to walk out on him. He tried to give me a 23% interest rate for the car! He said that if I wasn't going to buy the car, that he wasn't going to spend any more time with me. He gave me no personal attention and was away from his desk constantly. When I did the final signing, he was no where to be found! He was clearly only interested in himself and what he had to make on the deal. He was also very unprofessional about his personal life. He constantly was talking about his ex wife, his old party days, how much he works out .....as if anyone in the world cares! I actually felt sorry for him. He is an unattractive, old man clearly going through a midlife crisis. Before you buy a car from this man, I would suggest buying a bike! More

Time On Task? Yes! Quick Solutions I came in purchase a new Ford Fusion or possibly a Focus. I have to say I am quite a stickler. I consider myself to be highly educated and well infor I came in purchase a new Ford Fusion or possibly a Focus. I have to say I am quite a stickler. I consider myself to be highly educated and well informed. Believe me I did my research before entering Golf Mill Ford. A friend of mine referred me to Golf Mill and specifically to long time salesman Mark Gurgone. I must tell to, he took great care of me. He did a complete needs assessment with me even though I thought it was a waste of time, well it wasn't, he asked some questions I hadn't thought about. He helped me choose the right car that best fit me, he called it, suitability. Thank you Mark! I will be sending referrals. More
