There were a few things that were not perfect, like first telling me they had a vehicle, then telling me it sold when I got there with specifics on where and when it was sold, them miraculously finding it again after I told them I didn't like the alternative vehicles they had on the lot. Their online pricing is also all a game and not what they show unless you can qualify for every incentive Ford can offer. Not may can be a first responder, active military and student all at the same time, so that's pretty BS. More
