Upon first arriving at the dealership to see, learn more about and test drive the Macan S, I was greeted immediately my Mark. He quickly set me up with a test drive and began educating me and answering all questions about the vehicle. He was friendly and informative and there was no "pressure" at all. Although I immediately knew that the Macan S was the right vehicle for me, I looked at a few other luxury models but none compared to the feel and quality of the Macan S. A Flawless Porsche Deserves A Flawless Buying Experience Upgrading from a hand-me-down car, this was my first time stepping foot in a Porsche dealership. My wife and I were pretty keen on the Cayenne (given Upgrading from a hand-me-down car, this was my first time stepping foot in a Porsche dealership. My wife and I were pretty keen on the Cayenne (given the exceptionally high ratings) and came to the dealership well prepared on the specs, pros, and cons of the car. Walking in, there is a sense of calm and absolutely zero pressure. This is in stark contrast to the flickering lights and dingy carpets of mass market dealers. We circled a few of the show models without any hassle, and at the right time one of the salesmen, Mark Frounjian, came over. "Hi! Which one are you thinking about test driving?" was his first question. This focus on us, and the driving experience, was fantastic and we took the demo Cayenne out for a spin. Mark was knowledgeable and pointed out all the (myriad!) features of the vehicle as we did street driving, backroads, and highway. Coming back in, we asked if he had any in stock that matched our requirements (black, with red leather interior - so sweet!) and they had one in stock with the added bonus of the Premium package (heated steering wheels are sinfully amazing). We took that out for a spin as well, and going up an onramp at full speed really showed off the abilities of the Cayenne as it roared around the turn. Back at the showroom, we entered the "negotiation". This was again trademark calm, zero pressure, and highly collaborative. We discussed what we'd like, how much we wanted to do the trade-in for, and some other mechanics of the deal that would get us to commit. Mark and his colleagues were honest in their approach - showing data where we might be diverging in our ZOPA (zone of possible agreement). In the end, we worked out the right criteria for both parties and moved over to Mark's finance colleague, Tres Noble, who was equally as delightful to work with. Due to some logistics on our end, there were a couple of days in between the purchase and us bringing the Cayenne home. All along, Mark updated us on how things were going over text message and asked if we had any questions. We arrived to a spotless and shining Porsche that was immediately a joy to drive off the lot - and has been a joy ever since. We highly recommend Mark, Tres, their colleagues, and the entire dealership - and will be back when we can get our Cayenne a convertible friend for the Summer... More
