I can't begin to explain how great of an experience my husband and I had with Autex Mazda. We were coming from a place of anxiety because of a past experience that was absolutely awful, but the team at Au husband and I had with Autex Mazda. Initial communication through emails and phone calls initiated the buying process. We were able to finance from home by filling out a simple pre-qualification application, and by the time I got there the car was waiting for our test drive. We immediately fell in love with our 2020 Mazda CX-5 Touring. It was comfortable, luxurious, clean, and drove very smoothly. We explained what we were looking for cost wise and Gretchen and Mark worked with us to make that happen and we left very happy with MY NEW CAR! Cody was great and very thorough with showing me all of the details of my new car. My last car was a 2011 so I am very out of the loop with all of the fancy shmancy features. I am looking forward to continuing my relationship with Autex Mazda of Keene in the future! Thank you all for your kind nature and positive attitudes! More

I was beyond pleased with not only the service but the selection. My regular dealer told me what I wanted did not exist. Autex was extremely helpful and informative about the features of the car we chose. When we picked it up they went through all the settings and helped us choose an initial setup.
