Customer Service I would suggest the service advisor keep the waiting customer updated with the service progress. After waiting 2 1/2 hours, I approached the advisor f I would suggest the service advisor keep the waiting customer updated with the service progress. After waiting 2 1/2 hours, I approached the advisor for an update and told my car was almost ready. 1/2 hour later I saw my car sitting outside and the advisor was nowhere to be found. I approached another advisor who paged my advisor and started my paperwork. After 10 minutes, my advisor appeared and said he had been helping another customer. I just would like to keep updated with the progress and if my advisor needs to go off site to help another customer (which is what he said) he should have advised me, knowing my car was almost finished, and designated another service advisor to follow up with me. This would be good customer service. More
