I had a great experience at Jerry Ward Autoplex. Buying a car is usually very stressful for me. Mark Breeden went above and beyond my expectations creating a stress free experience throughout the whole proce car is usually very stressful for me. Mark Breeden went above and beyond my expectations creating a stress free experience throughout the whole process. He was always available for questions as well and good communication was very key to this event for me. This dealership is also blessed with such great teamwork as well. Their cooperative efforts exhibited throughout the workplace were exceptional and this aspect made my transaction go smoothly. I was always greeted with a smile every step of the way. Matt Dunn did a wonderful job at trying to get the most for my trade-in while Tim Long made sure the financing aspect was seamless. When I drove off the lot, not only had my car been detailed with a full tank of gas, my registration and my insurance had also been finalized. They even helped me get my other car to my husband, so he had a way home from work which also made for a great day. Wow! The attention to every detail was phenomenal. 5 stars to Jerry Ward Autoplex!
