The only aspect of my visit that was unpleasant was with the business rep, Mark Bowen. He was arrogant from start to finish. He forgot to have me sign a set of papers from my credit union and made phone calls to my cell, left messages, in addition to my workplace, saying I NEEDED to respond and come in to sign them. My home is in Apollo Beach not St. Pete and my work is in Tampa. Mark was quite rude. However, Ryan offered to bring the paperwork to me at my workplace and was very accommodating. More

This came across as dishonest and he blamed the website on not being updated. It was the main part of the experience that made this "good" not "excellent". More
