After we purchased the car we realized we did not fully understand the extent of the extra service insurance we purchased. We went back we spoke and with this gentleman. He eased our minds that moment after we told him our problem. Ryan stated he would take care of us today or anytime we came back. He was true to his word. Went and had some lunch while they prepare paperwork, detailed the vehicle, and got everything ready. Came back signed my paperwork; time with Mario in the vehicle to go over all the features.
