I worked with a sales lady Susan and she was awesome! She was knowledgeable and was down-to-earth. I had the opportunity to test drive the Forrester and the Outback. Both cars were just wonderful. I had submitted on the Internet to see what the going price was for these vehicles. After talking to Susan she saw that I had submitted to get a general idea of the prices and Marissa, who works at Annapolis Subaru, had responded to my request. The quoted price was awesome for a 2019 Subaru Outback touring model. Ultimately, that is the one I chose in white with a beautiful brown interior. The finance was effortless. I was given the opportunity to look at the different add-ons but was under no pressure to purchase them that day. I took the information home and after talking with my husband, we decided to purchase three additional services. The entire experience was phenomenal and I would recommend to anyone if they were in the market for a new vehicle Annapolis Subaru is the place to go to. Also, the trade-in given for my vehicle was great. More

I spotted the vehicle online and made a phone call which was answer We were looking for a solid SUV for our family and found one at Annapolis Subaru. I spotted the vehicle online and made a phone call which was answered by Ms. Marissa Leach. She answered all my questions promptly, and if she did not have an answer, she would get it and call back promptly. When I was interested in looking at the vehicle, Marissa put me in contact with Andre Gayles. Without a doubt, he was the best car sales person that I have dealt with through 15 car purchases. He was professional, friendly, a good listener, prompt and hard working. He had the car waiting for me when I got to the dealership, answered all my questions thoughtfully, and then let me take the car for a spin. When it came to finalizing the deal, I had to pick the car up two days later, and Andre had all the paperwork prepared, had the car filled with gas, gave it one last cleaning, and the tags on it. Then we met Joe Tyler in finance to sign all the paperwork. Because Andre all of the paperwork ready prior to our meeting, the entire process took about 15 minutes from entering the dealership, to driving off with our new car. There were no hard pressure tactics used, and the team took the answer no when we were asked if we wanted to purchase extended warranties. The team at Annapolis Subaru was SUPER-U! More
