2016 Toyota RAV4 I have always purchased a Toyota from the Oxnard dealership, and I decided to give Ventura a try and I am glad I did. Ramon Martinez was the salesman I have always purchased a Toyota from the Oxnard dealership, and I decided to give Ventura a try and I am glad I did. Ramon Martinez was the salesman that helped us and he was excellent. He helped me get the color that I wanted and worked on the price I was comfortable with. He was very attentive and didn't make me feel pressured to buy when I wasn't ready. Mike Perez was willing to negotiate and helped us find a price that we both agreed was fair. David Zuniga went out of his way to make sure the right car was delivered as soon as possible and was in good condition. Marion Swain was so helpful in explaining everything in the contract. She was very sweet and made sure we were treated right. Overall our experience at Toyota Ventura was very pleasant and I will definitely be recommending friends and family to purchase here. More

Experience at this dealership lost trust I leased a new Corolla from this dealership. I went in after hearing about the $149/month promotion. I selected a vehicle that the salesman said wou I leased a new Corolla from this dealership. I went in after hearing about the $149/month promotion. I selected a vehicle that the salesman said would be about $20 more than that, still a pretty fair price. Then was passed to the sales manager who said it was a special edition that would be more like $200/month. Getting less satisfied, but still went ahead to sign with the Finance Director because I liked the car. The F.D. turns out to be just another salesperson. I was told about an alarm system that would pay for itself in insurance savings in a couple of years. I asked to be able think about this with an option to buy later. The answer was no, it was either right then or never. This is a scam as the actual payback from insurance savings turns out to be more like 6 years. To make matters worse, I received a letter from Toyota Financial a week later stating that the Official Fees and Taxes had been underestimated by more than $600. In trying to find out the reason for this, left two voicemails and wrote letters to Ventura Toyota and Toyota Financial. I have received no response to date. I gave poor customer feed back, as above, to the feed back request that was emailed to me. As a result, the internet department at Ventura Toyota responded and said they would call me back after looking into it. I never did hear back. If I had it to do over again, I would definitely not go to this dealer and would not go with Toyota. I think they make a decent car, but in my experience the organization does not warrant any trust. More

I have purchased nine vehicles in my lifetime from various dealership, this last purchase has been the best, I felt Toyota of Ventura and their staff are great. My wife and my daughter are really impressed and very pleased with the ease and friendly atmosphere during the short transaction. My daughter and her family are now enjoying the luxury of driving the Highlander Ltd. I really believe the reputation and success of a company or a business depends on their product, but more importantly their employees. Rob....you the man! Thanks again. More
