If you plan to buy a Sprinter get it thru Steve and his team My wife and I have always wanted to build an adventure vehicle for day trips to the beach and for long road trips to new destinations. The vehicle of choice was a Sprinter and thanks to Steve and his team they made our dream come true! Steve, Nelli and Mario were all involved in the sale of our 2015 MB Sprinter 2500 high roof cargo. We visited the dealership numerous times and never felt pressured by any of them. Nelli was more than accommodating by showing us numerous vehicles on the lot and explaining other options that were available with the different models. Steve made the purchasing process pain free and said buying the Sprinter at MBLN has now just started a long lasting relationship with him and his team. Steve said if there was anything I needed or any questions that I had he would be there to assist. Sure enough Steve emailed me the day after our purchase to see how we liked the vehicle. Obviously we love the vehicle and I also had some questions about it. Steve went above and beyond to help answer my questions and take care of us! The customer service is phenomenal. I had such a poor experience with House of Imports that I was a little reluctant to even choose a Mercedes. I loved this car so much though so I decided to give another dealership a chance. Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel won me over and they did it with their amazing sales associates Steve Hauser and Mario Garcia. They really went out of their way to make sure my MB experience was top notch. More

Simply Amazing!!! My business is literally 1 block away from a M/B dealer but because of reputation I went to Laguna Niguel for my new Sprinter purchase. From start to My business is literally 1 block away from a M/B dealer but because of reputation I went to Laguna Niguel for my new Sprinter purchase. From start to finish it took all of a few hours. Nelli was extremely helpful with all the paperwork and once that finance stuff was completed she and I decided on a time frame I could pick it up later that night. Then not more than a moment later the phone rang with news Nelli was sending Mario down with all the paperwork for me to sign and deliver my new Sprinter. Laguna Niguel is definitely a place I will visit again for my M/B needs. More
