I would like to write about my sales experience with Mario Ceresa at Braman BMW in West Palm Beach, FL. When we came to Braman BMW, I was not sure what I really needed to purchase. Mario greeted us as s Mario Ceresa at Braman BMW in West Palm Beach, FL. When we came to Braman BMW, I was not sure what I really needed to purchase. Mario greeted us as soon as we made eye contact with him. He met us in a courteous and professional manner and continued speaking with us in this fashion for the entirety of our time. Mario showed in-depth product knowledge and was able to answer every question I had. Mario took the time to get to know what I really wanted and recommended the new 2012 528i. Mario showed a willingness to take time and show me how this car would benefit me and how the power/economy ratio was just what would fit me best. I visited many other BMW dealerships and Mario’s patience; exuberance for servicing us, and product knowledge surpassed our expectations and all other dealerships that we had visited. In contrast to Fields BMW in Orlando, Mario immediately showed that he wanted my business and was willing to work with me. Mario treated us with respect and represented the BMW brand with the upmost excellence. I was immediately impressed with Mario's knowledge and professionalism. He made me feel very comfortable and decreased the normal anxiety level that most people experience when buying a car. He was very friendly and informative and it was obvious he had advanced experience. I did not feel pressured or rushed at any time to make a quick decision. He answered any questions I had and made sure I was comfortable with my choice. He reviewed the details and operation of the car very clearly. He has also been helpful with questions and concerns I have had after the initial purchase. He is a definite asset to Braman Motor Cars. I will refer freinds and family to Mario and Braman. More
