This is my 7th purchase with Criswell in Gaithersburg as well as my 7th purchase with Mario Adams! Buying a car whether new or used is an uncomfortable process! There are so many factors and as the buyer well as my 7th purchase with Mario Adams! Buying a car whether new or used is an uncomfortable process! There are so many factors and as the buyer you need to think about Your credit, a down payment, getting the best value on your trade. In addition learning all the features of a new vehicle and maneuvering through warranty options. It’s stressful!! Mario at Criswell makes this major purchase stress free! Trusting anyone is a hurdle for me let alone a car salesman !!! Mario made the process as easy as it could be. He is very upfront and honest and you know your options from the start to finish. You will not waste your time going back and forth with xx! I left Criswell 7 times with absolutely no buyers remorse ! If you are looking for a car go to Criswell and Mario first. Then you will understand why I have been there 7 times! And the craziest part is I don’t even live in Maryland. I live in West Virginia and still go all the way to Gaithersburg.! More
