Traded in and bought certified used. I called my salesman Sergio at herb chambers Burlington. He let me know the f150 I was looking at had to be sold by the dealership because it was cert I called my salesman Sergio at herb chambers Burlington. He let me know the f150 I was looking at had to be sold by the dealership because it was certified. He hooked me up with George. From that day u til today when I drove away in my new truck it was a great expierince George was very friendly knowledgeable and on the ball. I would go back to him and his staff in a heart beat. Bob in financing and Marie in sales also helped out and huge kudos to his service dept who made a small repair to my truck in short time and I am very happy and pleased. Thanks again More

Best dealership experience I ever had! I just wanted to leave this review for this outstanding dealership! From start to finish it was the easiest experience I ever had! I have been lookin I just wanted to leave this review for this outstanding dealership! From start to finish it was the easiest experience I ever had! I have been looking for my Mustang for a while now and I had seen on the website and wrote an email. I had a response within five minutes, mind you it was after hours . Alice had emailed me she was from another dealership but still herb chambers. I did not notice that the car was further away than I expected so when I called herb chambers ford in Westborough and asked if they could have the car driven to them so I could look at it they did not hesitate, they had it there within two hours the same day I called. I have talk to Sasha from Internet sales, she was very pleasant and she was the one that called to get the car over to the Westborough location. When I got there that day I met with Sasha and she introduced me to Marie Hamilton, in sales, and she was great. My experience with Doug in the finance department was also excellent. Needless to say I got my car! I will definitely recommend herb chambers ford of Westborough to anyone looking for a car and I will definitely be back! Hats off to Miguel Silva, GEneral Manager for leading such a great team!! Thank you so much again!!! More
