Do not care for their customers safety Was experiencing a SRS light that had been going on and off for a year. I finally took it in because the light wouldn't go off. I was told that it wa Was experiencing a SRS light that had been going on and off for a year. I finally took it in because the light wouldn't go off. I was told that it was a SRS light and if the light is being displayed my airbags wouldn't work therefore its unsafe to drive my car. It was noted in the system that the light was seen in february 2016. I was never informed of the danger I was in. This is not the 1st time i wasn't informed about car safety at this facility. Back in March i was told that my tire was fine after i brought it in 3 times because the tire pressure light kept going on and off. I was told that it was a sensor. After taking it to firestone I found out it was a defected tire that could've exploded at any moment! They replaced the tire and I never had a problem again. Honda and Matt Fair were never concerned about my safety nor did they want to accept responsibility for the faulty equipment or the fact that my car was jacked up when I bought it. So I am now driving with my 2 year old in a car that is not safe to drive. I have filed a complaint with safercar.gov because there is currently an investigation for faulty SRS modules associated with the passenger seat. I will never purchase any type of car or refer anyone to anything that has to do with Bommarito! Thanks for nothing! More

Don't underestimate the power of a "woman" in service :) My first service experience was with Margo Jennings. She not only figured out the problem very quickly she got me out of there in 30 minutes as I had My first service experience was with Margo Jennings. She is awesome, knows her stuff and because of that experience I will definitely come back!!!!!! Margo - you rock!!!! More

Excellent experience I brought my 2003 Honda in for service, (BTW, the service department is great) and ended up needing to purchase another car. I looked in the Honda certified pre-owned lot and was greeted by the salesman John Hart. He was most courteous, helpful, knowledgeable. He assisted me to find the vehicle I wanted, discussed financing, got me to a manager and I purchased my car the same day! He was great! Have recommended to several of my friends already, and I will have all of my service in the service department. More
