Salesman promised accessories would be installed. I showed up 3 times to pick up car and it wasn’t ready. No respect for your time. Would not buy another car here. I showed up 3 times to pick up car and it wasn’t ready. No respect for your time. Would not buy another car here. More

I was very pleased with this dealership and especially with my salesman, Marcus Terry. I had been told (thru the rumor mill) that Subaru dealers don't deal, they sell you the MSRP! Not true with Peltier with my salesman, Marcus Terry. I had been told (thru the rumor mill) that Subaru dealers don't deal, they sell you the MSRP! Not true with Peltier. They gave me a very fair price for my trade-in and then almost met my OTD bid. The only mis-step was that while I was dealing for a cross trek that I had test driven, about 3 hours into the negotiations, they told me that the other customers had purchased that vehicle. That info came from the sales manager Keyon (?) who then offered me the Legacy on the show room floor (that had a higher MSRP than the Crosstrek) for the same price I had agreed to for the Crosstrek. A very fair recovery. I'm elated and would highly recommend this dealership. More
