He was so gentle with such a friendly personality being so calm and attentive with text updates along the way. Evan Doel, the INEOS Service Manager, has quite frankly been a major surprise. Evan has been super-responsive and always willing to take whatever time needed to explain items related to my Grenadier. Especially when dealing with a brand new car company, a first year vehicle, knowing there are bound to be issues and gremlins to sort out, Evan has been extremely helpful and supportive during this process.
