Jordan and Marcus were fantastic to work with. I was discouraged after having to get my vehicle serviced. I was about to leave but Jordan saw me looking at a car and asked if I would be interested I was discouraged after having to get my vehicle serviced. I was about to leave but Jordan saw me looking at a car and asked if I would be interested in a trade in and I hadn’t even thought about that. He asked me to just see as it may save me some future frustration and I did. It was the best decision I made!!!! More

Used Truck I bought has multiple costly issues. It’s my own fault I suppose for not catching it all when looking and driving it but the whole process became so stressful I just wanted it over with. It’s my own fault I suppose for not catching it all when looking and driving it but the whole process became so stressful I just wanted it over with. And I was told when i was signing the truck had to go through inspection still and Webb doesn’t sell any vehicle until it’s completely up to their standards. Curious, what are the standards then? The salesperson and manager miscalculated the fees multiple times and still wound up being wrong and as of a month later I still haven’t received the return check to reimburse me for the overage. More
