He listened, he kept me in my p There are so many things that helped me decide to keep looking at Gorges Volvo! Aaron, my salesman, is simply amazing! He listened, he kept me in my price range, and looking for a pre-owned q5, that was not an easy task for him. One thing that really mattered to me- after several weeks had passed since I was at Gorges looking, I walked in without an appointment. As I was being greeted at the front, Aaron dashed out, said my name and invited me into his office. I was impressed that he would remember me, and also that he immediately said he had the car for me. He truly did! After a test drive, the entire transaction was organized, Marcus Gorges was super nice, well informed and truly appreciative of our business. When the paper work was complete, Aaron once again met me, and sat in the vehicle to explain all the dashboard functions and connect my Bluetooth! He did so many extra things, and both my husband & I highly recommend Gorges, and Aaron! My hope is that in a year or so, we can upgrade to a newer vehicle; but, right now we love our Q5! More
