Marcos was very accommodating and knowledgeable in creating us the right vehicle for our needs. My wife and I have back problems and we need a vehicle that has a great suspension with a smooth ride. We tried 2 other Toyotas (the Corolla iM and the CR-H) before Marco showed us the 2018 RAV-4. The ride was very smooth, even when we tired it out on a very bumpy ride. Then Marco was able to get us a great lease deal that we can afford on our semi-retirement income. Great experience with Marco My wife and I decided it was time to start shopping for a new car. We decided to look at Toyota, Nissan and Ford. The Atlanta Auto Show was coming up My wife and I decided it was time to start shopping for a new car. We decided to look at Toyota, Nissan and Ford. The Atlanta Auto Show was coming up and it was time to see what's out there before going to the show. We started out at the Toyota dealership and never went onto the others because of the quality and friendly service we received at this dealership. We test drove the RAV4 and enjoyed it a lot. Then we went onto the Highlander for the additional room. Understanding the Highlander was more expensive and a larger vehicle, it was something to compare. My wife and I fell in love with the Highlander instantly and Marco was GREAT to deal with. He answered all our questions, very kind and was never pushy at all. This was a great buying experience for us. This is our third Toyota from this dealership, owning a total of four Toyota's in my lifetime. I've never had any mechanical issues with any of our Toyota's. More

There was very little haggling and I walked out with a completely different vehicle than what I originally wanted to buy (Couldn't Resist the Highlander Limited). Highly recommend I dreaded going to buy a new car because it usually takes forever. I told Marco what features I was looking for and my price range.
