All of the staff at this location were friendly and approachable. Carlos was our sales associate and he went above and beyond, and EXCEEDED our expectations. After spending 6 long hours with him, he truly made us feel like family. We are expecting our first baby in October and he took the time to genuinely get to know us, and vise-versa. Not only is Carlos personable, but he is extremely knowledgeable about the CRV we purchased. He dedicated his time and patience to fully explain the vehicle (big and small details). We were truly impressed by his compassion for the job. We later found out that Carlos has only been an employee here for 3 months and it was hard to believe, since he is so very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional. Additionally, Marco worked closely with us to ensure we were getting a great deal on our new vehicle and also demonstrated patience and understanding. We found our Honda Ridgeline for thousands of dollars less the Garden state Honda is the best dealership out of the 16 others we searched in our area. We found our Honda Ridgeline for thousands of dollars less then anywhere else . They even found a way to get us an 84 month 100,000 mile warranty ! The staff there was way nicer and more accommodating then any other Honda dealership around. Way better then DCH Paramus , route 22 , planet Honda , Kay Honda , metro Honda, Hudson Honda , paragon Honda and all the rest ...also worthy of note for their outgoing efforts to assist us is Angelica Davis our sales consultant and the sales manager Alejandro Vargas .
