My son just purcahsed a new vehicle from Joe Bowman Chevorlet in Harrisonburg and I was along. The experience was the difference between night and day. Criswell sales team could learn a lot about customer service from Joe Bowman. You keep wanting to how to repair the relationship? Try this, I might start giving a little bit better review of the sales staff if I can bring back my 2025 Silver Jeep Grand Cherokee and trade even for a new 2025 or 2026 WHITE Grand Cherokee.
