After the experience I’ve had , I will never do business with DePaula again , why am I doing another survey? Nothing has changed. The last survey I filled out , I expressed that I wasn’t happy, in turn DePa with DePaula again , why am I doing another survey? Nothing has changed. The last survey I filled out , I expressed that I wasn’t happy, in turn DePaula sends me an email that they are disappointed and if I call the service manager maybe they could change my mind . I called 4 times without a return phone call until a week or so later I get a call from someone asking if I was still shopping for a vehicle. I filled her in on what I went through and she set me up with an appointment with your best sales person. I said ok and later I declined. I’m just done , you don’t treat people like there time isn’t as important as your own.I’m sure I’ll receive the same generic email I got last time. More
