He i consummating this deal. I appreciate his recommendation of Marc Jaffe as the salesman to work with me. Marc Jaffe is a true professional. He is knowledgeable about every facet of the business and BMW in particular. He explained the special tires and servicing. He was accommodating every step along the way, from finding the car I wanted, to pricing and to the trade in, and was always very polite. He even suggested a contact in Morristown, NJ to my daughter who had a problem with the 2004 BMW I had given to her. I will be happy to recommend these men to ladies in Palm Beach. I love my new BMW. Thank you for a pleasant experience. Mary Ellen Vitrano More
