They were all extremely knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and friendly. They made my visit to this dealership enjoyable and hassle free. I highly recommend Meadowlands Nissan to anyone looking for a new or used Nissan. They are very professional, and their customer service is second to none. They are truly the best!!!! Marc Steiner has been a pleasure to do business with. Special attention was given to me by Marc on locating a Nissan Altima with the exact options and vehicle color I was looking for and a price that was reasonable. He delivered exactly the vehicle I wanted and I couldn’t be happier! I was fortunate to be introduced to Andrew Szorf, as the sales associate with whom I would be dealing with in purchasing my Nissan Altima. Andrew was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Before I drove off, he sat inside the vehicle with me and took the time to acclimate me to all the features and what I need to know about my new car. The whole process was quick and pleasant. Manny assisted with my financial papers and was pleasant and helpful. He was informative and made the process of signing the papers fast and easy. He was also able to get a great percentage rate on my finance deal. I am completely satisfied with my CPO Nissan and the deal I received. There is no doubt that I will return for future business!! ***MILITARY BUYERS BEWARE*** I want everyone to be ***MILITARY BUYERS BEWARE*** I want everyone to be aware of the unethical business practices of Meadowlands Nissan. As of 12 Feb 14, I am still un ***MILITARY BUYERS BEWARE*** I want everyone to be aware of the unethical business practices of Meadowlands Nissan. As of 12 Feb 14, I am still unable to drive my 2014 Nissan GTR I purchased on 10 Jan 14. Here are the specific grievances against Meadowlands: 1. Extortion: After Bill of Sale was signed and the title was transferred to my bank, Meadowlands contacted me asking for an additional $1000.00 or they would not ship my vehicle. They stated that it wasn’t the agreed upon price even though it’s a binding contract that was signed by the dealer/authorized representative. Unfortunately, I gave in with the stipulation that Meadowlands will ship my vehicle ASAP with no issues. I didn’t receive the vehicle until 2 Feb 14, almost one month from the purchase date with expired temporary registration on the vehicle. 2. Disclosure of Charges: I was charged $3340 for shipping of my vehicle to California. The bill of lading at the receipt of the vehicle was $2350. When I spoke with an individual at Meadowlands, they stated that the original cost was $3340 and they went with another vendor. In my opinion, I should be credited the difference. Meadowlands will not credit me the difference in the cost of shipping. 3. Failure to Follow-up: It has been a month since the loan closed on my vehicle and I am unable to drive my car. They failed to properly register my vehicle and after multiple attempts to rectify the situation, they ignore me. I have contacted the DMV and they have not received any registration information from Meadowlands. Unfortunately, I have to wait for Meadowlands to complete this transfer. 4. Disrespect to the Customer: I have contacted Meadowlands multiple times and have been passed around to 7 different individuals. The all state they would follow-up with no contact from their company. I even overheard an individual state “tell him I’m unavailable” in the background when I call. I have contacted Nissan Corporate and they opened a case (#13123364) to investigate. If you have had any similar experiences please contact them at (615) 725-7438 so they can apply the appropriate pressure and hopefully correct their business practices. I’ve also opened up a complaint with the BBB for Elmwood Motors, Inc (now Meadowlands). In addition, I’ve consulted with a military attorney and pursing small’s claims suit against Meadowlands. Local news stations in the area have also agreed to investigate the business practices of Meadowlands Nissan and the treatment of military personnel. Please be advised when purchasing a vehicle from Meadowlands out-of-state. They claim to help the military; however, their business practices do not support this. Chris Cobb More

I have rated Meadowlands Nissan with excellent scores all around because they were extremely helpful. I had been shopping around for cars for two weeks and this was the first place where I felt that the sale around because they were extremely helpful. I had been shopping around for cars for two weeks and this was the first place where I felt that the sales team, particularly Eddie and Paul had my best interest in mind. They came up with financing ideas that were most fitting for my lifestyle and budget and for that I was not only very appreciative, but also very impressed. I have leased a 2013 Nissan Rogue so it is inevitable that I will be going back to Meadowlands Nissan. However, I am pleased to say that I will not DREAD going back to this place of business. Eddie and Paul were very pleasant and knowledgable and I foresee myself wanting to do business with them in the future - especially after my lease is up! More

Remembering Nissan opened a dealership not far from us, my husband and I walked in not expecting to buy yet. Engell Capellan greeted us with a friendly smile. He was very informative and thorough, answered all our questions and concerns, and helped us find a car that fit our needs and budget. Engell took the time to acclimate me from driving a 2001 Nissan Altima to a 2013 Nissan Altima and told us to call him any time, should we have any questions or concerns. He followed up a few days after, to make sure everything was ok with the car and if we had any questions that he can help us with. Our questions and concerns were taken care of right away by Engell. Engell's professionalism is a breath of fresh air. We know we have a friend when we enter the Meadowlands Nissan dealership. Thank you Engell ! Manuel Vargas helped tie up the sale with a compatible professionalism. Thank you ! In addition, I like to voice my concerns to the service center. I was a little disappointed after reading some reviews for the service center and hope more effort and training is made to uphold every aspect of the reputation and reliability of the brand and the dealership. It's inane to not have the brand, dealership and service center working together as a team. More
