Our sales consultant, Manjula Biju, was very knowledgeable about the product and walked us through the purchase process. She was very upfront about pricing and fees, and there were no surprises when we came in to sign the paperwork. She made sure were satisfied with all aspects of the deal and kept in communication with us until the car arrived. She even provided info to track the car while it was in production and during trans-Atlantic transport. Delivery was smooth. We were offered some value-add services from F&I without the insulting high pressure tactics. The dealership went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the car offering contacts for PPF and transport, if we wanted to tap into their expert network. The aftersales experience has been great as well. Highly recommend the dealership and in particular Ms. Biju. More
