Then when we started working on the paper work for my purchase he gave unmatched care and helped explained away any confusions I had with financial experience and worked with me to achieve my purchase gola. My car was totaled during the tornado in Little Rock I had been paying out of pocket for a rental. I test drove their vehicles and really liked the way they drove and the 10 year 100,000 power train warr had been paying out of pocket for a rental. I test drove their vehicles and really liked the way they drove and the 10 year 100,000 power train warranty they offer so I decided to see if they could get me approved for a new car. My credit isn’t perfect I reached out on a Saturday around 4ish they worked with me told me where my numbers needed to be for the bank and I signed for a new car at 10 PM. They were quick and really worked hard to make a deal happen asap which I greatly appreciated. When I reached out to a Chevy dealership at the same time they said they’d get back to me Monday Crain Kia of Conway got my business they got me a car in a timely manner. Their sales person Maleek did a fantastic job he kept me informed every step of the way on the cars I was interested in. I would definitely do business here again based off this experience alone . They got me into a new car when I really needed one ! More

Maleek bent over backwards to make this sale happen. The other people I was working with gave me the impression they’d like me to go away. I would be promised a return call by the end of the day & nev The other people I was working with gave me the impression they’d like me to go away. I would be promised a return call by the end of the day & never get the call returned. I would have to call & request someone who would help me. I know I was a bit pushy to get a trade-in negotiated but was very let down by a couple of other folks working on the sale. The 2 cars I really wanted to test drive were not on the Conway lot so it was more difficult to get them quickly for me. I understand that but I don’t understand why they couldn’t follow up to keep me informed. Many thanks to Maleek for his persistence when I called him. As for the service of the trade-in Forte, we were very appreciative that is was warranty covered. However, I called frequently about the new engine being delivered for the repair & kept being told it would take an additional 4-8 weeks because it was coming from China. I called & got the same answer while purchasing new vehicle. I had 1 days’ notice that the engine came in & the rental needed returned the next day. How did it go from 4-8 weeks to the next day? Because the rental was being used out of town, this short notice really inconvenienced us. More
