Purchased my 2019 XT5 from the dealership. This once strong dealership has fallen off badly. They are working with a skeleton service and sales staff. My radio was replaced under warranty at 50K and I still had to pay for the part. 2 years later that same radio has gone out again. I was advised by Anthony that it would cost $1700 to replace it again, the warranty was only for 1 year, so I asked for the service manager, someone referred to as “Dame”. He would not come to the phone, said he already reviewed the file and that the cost is $1700, despite having a new radio. Imagine a Cadillac without a radio, which these days control the entire car. Cause of my vulnerable position I paid $1700. I will never patronize this dealership again, they have no respect or decency. They are an embarrassment to the Cadillac brand. More

They made good on standing by their work on a non-warranty repair. An earlier wiring harness repair of an unrelated system in that zone of the car affected the grille lights in my Lyriq.
