While I was waiting for Gus to finish up our transaction I met a few of the VW employees who were so friendly and I felt as though I was part of their family right away. Maher Alhuraibi took care of my finances with a very smooth transition both he and Gus had me in my new Jetta that very night. I have never experienced a more smooth or pleasant transaction when it comes to purchasing a vehicle than the Volkswagen Family right here in Staunton, Virginia! They were quick to respond to me internet inquiry and more than willing to entertain my inquiries and requests over the course of a week to get to a good deal. I talked to a lot of dealerships across the East Coast looking for a Touareg, and the Valley Team provided the absolute best experience out of them all. They even picked me up from the Amtrak station in Charlottesville when I came to get the car! Make the trip to Staunton to see these folks - you won’t regret it!
