I gave here all the information of the cars we are trading in. I also gave her all my wants on the new car. She did not miss a bit. I did not have to repeat everything. She listened. When we were test driving the car, she is very knowledgeable of the difference between models and trims. Every question, she was ready with an answer varying from the horse power of the car to average gas mileage, to the difference of the new version of the BMW technology. She is fantastic. We gave us all her attention and responded to follow up questions with relevant information. She is competent. She knows her cars. We love working with her. My husband said he will trade his truck for a BMW and will work with Maggie again. We told her manager as well that they need to ensure she is happy at Bill Jacobs BMW.
