What stinks is that when a client with a $75k truck comes for service , with a manufacturer warranty never gets a loaner car to drive ! Other Chevy dealers always have the loaners ready to go! The Service center has been my worst experience with my 2024 Truck purchase. No one in that department is honest. No loaner cars available for a warranty issue on my truck that was less than two months pur 2024 Truck purchase. No one in that department is honest. No loaner cars available for a warranty issue on my truck that was less than two months purchased. I brought my truck in at 8:00am on a Saturday told it would be ready on the same day to pickup. I had to call before they closed and I was told it want be ready until Monday. I get to work on Monday and receive a call at 7:40am that my truck was ready....My truck was probably ready on Saturday but they didn't care enough to communicate it to me. It's strange how it was ready on Monday before they open up at 8:00am. No more business from me El Dorado. After spending $80,000 on a new truck I expected better service than this. This is my third service department negative experience. I didn't even talk about the other 2 prior experiences. Sad way to run a business. More
