Frankly disappointed. I was kept waiting for 4 hours, apparently to make a deal at an unacceptably high interest rate and monthly payment. This was the Friday before a holiday weekend. I was asked to ret apparently to make a deal at an unacceptably high interest rate and monthly payment. This was the Friday before a holiday weekend. I was asked to return the following Tuesday morning to finalize the deal. In the meantime, I found 3 lenders with much lower interest rates, i.e., 2 percentage points lower! When I phoned prior to the requested Tuesday morning appointment, I was told that it was the consultant's day off, but I could come in at noon! I was so upset that I called off the deal. Within minutes, the General Manager called me back. After hearing my grievances, he offered a more acceptable deal. We did eventually come to terms, but not without a lot of stress on my part. There was a push to buy additional warranties, which I deemed unnecessary, as I have owned several Hondas and have confidence in the product. I felt that perhaps because I am a senior citizen, there was an attempt to overcharge me and not live up to the dealership's pledge "to go out of our way to please you." On a positive note, the delivery consultant, Todd, was excellent. I felt that I was treated knowledgably and respectfully by him. And I am very pleased with the truck I purchased. More

I’m not one to write reviews... However, when I have a more than positive experience I feel the need to let others know, while I also feel that it is necessary for the company to know as well. The experience that I had at Mohawk Honda was the best experience I ever had purchasing a car. I have been to other car dealerships where I felt pressured, overwhelmed and uncomfortable. Shopping at Mohawk Honda was nothing of the sorts. MJ took his time and made sure that all of my needs were met in regards to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He was friendly, and knowledgeable. He was patient and understanding and was able to answer all of the questions that I had. One thing that I really appreciated was that I didn’t feel pressured when it came to purchasing and MJ allowed me the opportunity to make sure that I was making the best choice. MJ and his team were quick to help when figuring out how to switch over my new car to my insurance (which is something I have never done before on my own). The staff that I had the opportunity to work with along with MJ were all friendly, supportive and were able to explain my car to me at great extent and helped to answer questions prior to taking my new car home. I highly recommend Mohawk Honda and I will be sure to let everyone know about my very positive experience. I am so thankful for all of their help and support and for ensuring that I felt confident throughout the whole process. I can’t thank MJ and his team enough for all they have done. I am enjoying every second with my new car! Thank you!! More
