I want to make it very clear that this issue was ultimately resolved because of the persistence and dedication of Kevin Primus. Kevin was the one person throughout this entire situation who took control, stayed involved, and maintained open and consistent communication with me until the problem was finally resolved. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the dealership's management, the person responsible for the DMV paperwork, or even the salesperson who originally sold me the vehicle. My calls and emails often went unanswered, and I was repeatedly left without clear answers about something that should have been handled much sooner. Kevin Primus deserves recognition for being the person who finally stepped up and made sure the situation was taken care of. He was the real hero at the end of this story. So, if you are considering doing business with this dealership, my advice is to ask for Kevin Primus. Based on my experience, he is someone who will actually listen, take responsibility, communicate with you, and work to get things resolved. I am grateful that I finally received my title and plates, but I hope management takes this experience as an opportunity to improve their customer service, communication, and DMV processing procedures so that other customers do not have to go through what I experienced.
