He had me complete my application online beforehand, so when I arrived everything was ready to go. He took the time to show me all the features of my new car and made sure all of my questions were answered. The finance manager was just as great—he was kind, patient, and did an excellent job explaining everything clearly without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely made the car-buying process a breeze.
