5 Star customer service! I have been a ford customer for years. I went to Ford this morning looking for a used car, but after looking at the inventory, I decided to go for a 2 I have been a ford customer for years. I went to Ford this morning looking for a used car, but after looking at the inventory, I decided to go for a 2017. The salesman Lyle Heisz was so patient and professional with me and my niece. I would rate Lyle as a 5 star salesman. He made the process easy and was so kind and pleasant! Anthony helped me with all of the finance part of the deal and the entire staff at Ford is top notch! A huge thank you to Lyle!!! More

First Experience This was our first experience with Ford Lincoln of Cookeville and it must have been a very good one as we drove away with an new "Used" Honda Ridgelin This was our first experience with Ford Lincoln of Cookeville and it must have been a very good one as we drove away with an new "Used" Honda Ridgeline. Our Sales person, Mr. Lyle... aka 'Canadian "ey'.. was very nice to work with. Courteous, Informative, and we "Didn't Feel Pressured". Thanks... My car was totaled back in December and the stress of finding a new car was overwhelming. I went into Ford with the mindset that I was probably going to leave without a car since my previous experience w finding a new car was overwhelming. I went into Ford with the mindset that I was probably going to leave without a car since my previous experience with other dealerships hadn’t worked out. However, Lyle had contacted me a few days prior after an inquiry I’d submitted and from the moment I walked in the door, he was determined to make sure I got the best deal possible. He was so nice and genuine and you don’t see that a lot (at all) with car salesmen but he was something different! The car I have now is perfect for me and nothing could be better. So thank you, Lyle and Ford (for hiring an awesome salesman!) for your help and genuine care! More
