Tiffany Williams was our salesperson. It was raining very hard when we arrived for a test drive. She came to my door with an umbrella and a friendly smile and a hello. All throughout the process of purchasing a car, she was very informative, very professional, and personable. The more we talked the more we shared a favorite place to shop and I even shared a perfume sample after she commented on what I was wearing. My experience was more like being around a close family. The environment was very professional and clean and everyone there greeted us with a smile. Since our purchase, we have received courtesy follow up calls to inquire of our satisfaction with our vehicle and our experience. I drove SEVERAL cars at several dealerships from Montgomery to Birmingham to Atlanta. I have to say that Tiffany portrayed the top of the line in every area in customer service.
