I cannot give enough praise for Burnsville VW and the staff I encountered throughout my experience! Luke and Evan were top notch and went out of their way to ensure I could get the vehicle I was wanting staff I encountered throughout my experience! Luke and Evan were top notch and went out of their way to ensure I could get the vehicle I was wanting even if it meant the other person may get the sale due to vacations. They even responded to me and answered my questions on their day off and sent me videos of things I had asked about regarding the vehicle! There was zero pressure and all positive interactions! I 💯 would buy a vehicle from them again! More

I was very undecided but eventually came to the decision to get a 2026 VW Tiguan r line black, which I now love! I chose Luke as my salesperson based on all of his other 5 star reviews! He was great from the beginning and definitely is not a pushy sales person. He’s very easy to work with and helped make my budget work even though the market for trade-in’s is not great, which isn’t his or the dealers fault. Thank you for being such a great and easy person to work with! And thank you for the t-shirt :) Dylan in Finance was also great to work with. He is experienced and explained things very well. He also was patient when I was up and down about a decision on extra VW protection. More

I don't take time to review anything very often, but I would gladly do so repeatedly, if there's anything I can do to return the favor to Luke. Without providing a novel, Luke was flawless in his communication, in his approach to working with us and our situation, and in his effort to simply find us the right situation. Although we were considering getting two vehicles, we probably went into the process at about 90% only getting one. Because of Luke's efforts, energy, and and overall approach, we got both, and didn't hesitate. Extremely grateful for his support and for the atmosphere he created for us throughout. Thanks Luke!
