When the decision was made to upgrade to a newer vehicle I knew I had to buy it at Burnsville VW. What made the decision so easy was the service culture that I have experienced in the service department. The sales department did not disappoint. Luke was the bomb! No pressure, but full of answers. My 2014 Jetta sedan is like a high tech space ship compared to my 2004. What a difference 10 years makes (but we are still keeping the 2004....she still runs like a champ). Thanks Burnsville VW! Best Car Buying Experience I leased a 2015 GTI from Burnsville VW. They took a trade in on a 2010 Jetta Sportwagen. I was offered a trade-in price that was very fair. I knew I w I leased a 2015 GTI from Burnsville VW. They took a trade in on a 2010 Jetta Sportwagen. I was offered a trade-in price that was very fair. I knew I wanted a GTI, and Luke was happy to let me test drive new ones, used ones and in different configurations. I found one in the trim and transmission that I liked on the lot, but did not care for the color. Luke was able to get a dealer trade and found one they could get without a destination charge. Luke also ran numbers for multiple cars and showed me a clear breakdown of the lease vs buy cost. Sales here is very low pressure. You're shown the cars they have and offered a fair price. If you say you'd like to sleep on a car, they offer up putting down a payment to hold it, but there is no pressure to buy the car then and there. Finance here is also great. Jared ran through all the important stuff, like what the warranty covers and doesn't cover. He also clearly explained the lease terms and price breakdown. I was offered various extended warranty coverage, and Jared explained which ones may interest me as a lessee, but there were no hard sells and I wasn't asked if I wanted underbody coating. In the end I was offered a very fair price for the 3M clear adhesive protection and opted in to that and got a good lease price. Bottom line - this is the best dealership I've bought from in the Twin Cities. They are knowledgeable, professional, respectful and don't waste your time. Could you get a better price elsewhere? Maybe. Would you spend hours or even days pulling your hair out to save pennies. Absolutely. Me, I'd rather deal with these professionals who give you a fair deal at the beginning. More

The first time we went to the dealer, we just wanted to test drive a few cars and get a feel for the different vehicle sizes (Golf, Jetta and Passat). We worked with Luke K who was very knowledgeable about even the smallest differences in cars, equipment and trim (S, SE, SEL etc). He was also more than happy to let us drive various vehicles without pressuring us to make a decision to purchase a car. I had a few follow up questions that I asked via text messages and Luke always responded within minutes. The second time we went to the dealer, we took the car that we ended up purchasing on a longer test drive to make sure that it was what we wanted. Afterwards the purchase (which was seamless), Luke did another thorough walk through of all of the car functions which was helpful (remote start, radio/nav system etc). Luke made the car purchasing experience very seamless, informative and low pressure. More
