Really easy experience and got my dream car! I've always wanted a manual VW GTI - and Burnsville VW made that happen for me. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle; the features, the benefits of the Autobahn trim level, CPO warranty details, everything. The finance department (Tom Walsh) worked with me and made the purchase an easy experience and pricing was transparent. All in all I'm glad I decided to randomly stop in - my experience was better than most other dealerships I've visited, and I am now a proud owner of a vehicle I've wanted for a very long time. Another bonus is they participate in the Costco Auto Program so was able to get an extra discount. Linda was incredibly helpful, along with Luke for showing us how to use the vehicle's features. Bridget explained clearly and patiently how my credit sco I called Burnsville VW and wanted to speak with finance about Capitol One's Auto navigator. Bridget explained clearly and patiently how my credit score would be affected if I had them try to finance me rather than Capitol One. She was so nice I decided I would drive 50 minutes to their dealership rather than 15 mins to the one near me. Tim, their sales manager, called me back after I talked to Bridget, and was equally nice and sincerely helpful in answering my questions about a new GTI SE. I told him I wanted to come in, and he told me to ask for Luke. Luke was as nice as the rest of their crew, very knowledgeable about my GTI, and it was a pleasure to work with him. I was able to purchase my car quickly and seamlessly. I will also take my car to them for service in that i is likely their service dept is a good as their sales dept. I've bought more than 25 new cars in my life, and this is the most enjoyable purchase of them all. Go see Luke, and ask for Bridget to do your financing. More
