I’ve been part of the Volkswagen team for 16 1/2 years. When I joined the company, I started in the Clean-Up Department preparing cars for delivery to clients as well as learning the ins and outs of every car. For the past 13 years, I’ve worked as a Volkswagen Elite Certified Sales Consultants. Purchased my 3rd VW from this dealership, 2nd purchase with Luke Klingson. Luke is very friendly, knowledge and thorough. I have been coming to Luther Burnsville VW for years for all of my maintenance, but when the time came for an upgrade to a newer car, I wasn't sure if my experiences would be as positive. You hear a lot of all of my maintenance, but when the time came for an upgrade to a newer car, I wasn't sure if my experiences would be as positive. You hear a lot of talk about dealerships being less than trustworthy during car sales, but let me tell you - THIS dealership has my trust, 100%. I was on the market for a certified pre-owned Golf or GTI, and Luke Klingson made that process so smooth and easy! I came in for two rounds of test drives, while he very honestly laid out the pros and cons of each and every one of the cars I drove. He was incredibly knowledgable, patient, and quick to respond to all of my lingering questions. The icing on the cake? Luke continues to respond to questions I have even AFTER he's made the sale! I wanted to know about after-market heated seats and later had a small issue with one of the wiper blades, and the level of service has not gone down a single notch. As for the dealership itself - it's really fantastic. All of the people I've worked with have been super nice and accommodating. I even got a refund (!) when they accidentally over-estimated my registration fees on my car. Who does that? This place does. More

Luke Klingon recently helped us with the purchase of a VW Tiguan. He was so helpful since we live in Iowa! Luke was the best! Very knowledgeable about the features of the car and took the time on a Wednes Tiguan. He was so helpful since we live in Iowa! Luke was the best!
