I finally was able to see that he was trying to sell me a $20,000 warranty for a $50,000 car. He said it was needed because the Hyundai 5-year bumper to bumper warranty does not cover everything, which made me feel like the Hyundai standard was of little value. He tried to explain to me that it was really a great deal when I asked for hard copy for the paper work he showed me flyer that had a different name for the warranty than what he was selling me. He said I would get the details in the mail. I bought the car and then spoke to the manager about how the finance person handled the warranty. The manager did not seem very concerned. The sales person was great, and I trust him very much. The dealership as a whole I would not trust to purchase another vehicle. More
