He answered all of my questions thoroughly and ensured that I understood every detail. I got burned pretty bad when I purchased my previous vehicle from an unaffiliated dealership in the height of the pandemic and wasn't in a great position with it at all. I spent years regretting it on a daily basis! They worked with me and were able to trade in my previous vehicle and get me almost half my previous interest rate in a brand new car! I cannot praise/thank Scott and the entire Royal Moore Hillsboro Toyota enough! If you're looking for a car buying experience that exceeds your expectations this is the place to go. Customer satisfaction is their first priority. They aren't trying to make a quick buck at your expense or take advantage of you like alot of other places do. Toyota's prices, quality, and customer service are unmatched; its a no brainer. Scott even stayed late for me to make it happen and really worked hard to get me into the perfect car. He advocated for me and my situation he and his team were able to get me a great deal on the car I really wanted! Complete opposite experience of my prior car buying fiasco.
