Found a vehicle we were interested in online. Took the vehicle for a test drive went back and discussed the numbers. Agreed on numbers and got the okay from the finance end in < 5 minutes. Luis was absolutely amazing! He was knowledgeable,professional and VERY patient with me because I’m sure I repeated myself a million times. Lol They didn’t have the car I wanted but h knowledgeable,professional and VERY patient with me because I’m sure I repeated myself a million times. Lol They didn’t have the car I wanted but he took his time to show me a similar car on the lot. He was able to find one coming in exactly how I wanted and got it ordered for me right away. He said it would take two weeks but I only had to wait 1 day! Luis even took the time to throughly explain everything or answer any questions I had about the car before driving off which I appreciated greatly. Buying a car is stressful but it’s reassuring when you have a caring salesman’s like Luis out there. You don’t find many upfront honest car salesman’s like Luis. So Thank you Luis so much for making it a pleasurable experience! I will and already started to recommend you and Sport Mazda to anyone and everyone! Thanks a million! More
