Oil change under warranty till 2025 had to pay 111. 00 was there 5 hours sat today monday.key fob not working spent $20.00 for nothing still not working told I need to leave my car 2-3 days never got se 00 was there 5 hours sat today monday.key fob not working spent $20.00 for nothing still not working told I need to leave my car 2-3 days never got second key fob when I purchased car in 2023. Service updated my system due to recall sat Sept 14 wo24 now key fob not working also fixed rear view camera. I had no calls no updates from service coordinator had to question why it took so long today triple a opened my car manually drive it to 157 and ys 1 spent $29.00 for battery which did nothing. Never have I experienced such horrible customer service at this location not even offered water what has happened to the service dept at this location.?????? .the person I was working with last name never texted me never called in sat was Mazze 5 hours. Nothing. Today he replaced my battery and chg me$20.00. plus say and today 3percent for using credit card. Horrible horrible customer service. I still need a extra key but my finance person was too busy to take care of ordering one disgruntled customer. More

Sticker price was $27,000 I asked for the best deal they could give me out the door. They came back with $33,000 plus. I asked again is that the best they can do , then he came back a little over $28,000 bu could give me out the door. They came back with $33,000 plus. I asked again is that the best they can do , then he came back a little over $28,000 but when we said that we were going to look at some kia's he got it down to $27,800 , my daughter loved the car but she wanted leather seats so they found her one with leather seats which he sold me for just over $29,000 and bc I was tired of being there I didn't even check to see if he was giving me a deal, which turned out not to be but after being there for over 3 hours we went with. But it's ashame that you'll be getting over on ppl like that. I didn't need you'll to finance it for me bc I was already approved but bc my bank wasn't open on that day and I was from out of town that's the only reason I went with you'll so I didn't have to drive back up there to pick up More

It was the worst experience I ever had that was my first time buying a car from a dealership and they treated me poorly I only had the suv for only 4 days and I had to take it back because it was making a l time buying a car from a dealership and they treated me poorly I only had the suv for only 4 days and I had to take it back because it was making a loud noise come to found out the truck wasn’t supposed to be sold they tried to give me a truck I didn’t ask for so I ask for my funds back they give me a hard two weeks on yesterday I had to call law enforcement because they act like they weren’t going to give me back my money then soon as the police came they came outside with the check very unprofessional place I would never recommend anyone there More
