I recently purchased a car from Luis Cuevas at Avondale Toyota. From beginning to end, Luis was completely honest and responsive. We started by texting/calling, then moved on to online application and a qu Toyota. From beginning to end, Luis was completely honest and responsive. We started by texting/calling, then moved on to online application and a quick approval 5 minutes later. Soon after, we met with Luis at the dealership where he just handed me the keys to take the car for a test drive with my family, Luis stayed behind at the dealer - what a comfortable way to test drive your future car. We got back to the dealer and no more than an hour later the entire deal was complete. This is truly the best dealership buying experience ever in my decades of vehicle purchasing history. No price changes, no additional sales, except GAP which we wanted. They're not forcing you to pay for things you don't want, like window tint or extended warranty, etc. I would highly recommend Luis and Avondale Toyota to anyone in the market for a car. The experience alone and peace of mind from an honest and trustworthy sales man and dealership is something that other dealers don't even come close to. Oh, by the way - the entire sale is completed with your sales rep (Luis in this case). There's no TO/Manager tagging to come up-sell you and there's no finance manager to wiggle a few more dollars into your monthly payment. Luis completed the sale from beginning to end.
